Order

You can order a product in the following way:

• Add one (or more) product(s) to your shopping cart.
• In the shopping cart, click "check out".
• Please indicate in the order notes if it's a gift and/or if we can ship it directly to the birthday person. We'll wrap it nicely and won't include a packing slip or invoice.
• Enter your details at checkout and choose your shipping and payment method.
• Click on "Pay Now" and complete the payment in the secure payment environment.
• You will then receive an order confirmation in your email inbox (check your spam folder if you haven't received it after an hour).
• We'll get to work for you!
• We will keep you informed about the shipment via the Track & Trace code that you will receive later in your email inbox.

Tip: Create an account and order through it. Ordering will be even faster, and you can easily find your order history in your account.

Pay

You can pay securely at ludeplay.com in several ways.

iDeal
With iDeal you can pay online through the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.

Credit card
You can pay with MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. You'll be automatically redirected to your credit card payment module.

PayPal
PayPal is a global online payment system linked to your bank account or credit card. Pay with your PayPal account in just a few clicks.

Bancontact / Mister Cash (Belgium)
Belgian customers can easily pay with the physical card linked to credit on a Belgian bank account.

All amounts include 9% or 21% VAT.

Delivery time | 1-3 business days
Your order will be shipped via parcel post. You'll receive a Track & Trace code so you can track your shipment. Your order will be delivered to your home within 1-3 business days.

• Netherlands & Belgium
  Orders placed before 12:00 (CEST UTC+2/CET UTC+1) will be shipped on working days (Monday to Friday) Same-day shipping. This means you'll receive your package within 1 to 3 days of shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays).
• The rest of the EU
  Orders placed before 12:00 (CEST UTC+2/CET UTC+1) will be shipped on working days (Monday to Friday) Shipped the same day. It may take a few days for the package to arrive. This varies by country and is difficult to estimate. Keep a close eye on the Track & Trace code.
• Disclaimer
  Once we've handed the package over to the carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility. During busy periods, a package we delivered the same day may still be delayed. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Please keep a close eye on the Track & Trace code.

Delivery

• Are you not home when the package is delivered? Then the delivery person will leave it with your neighbors or at a parcel point. If the delivery person returns the package to us after several attempts, we can resend it to you for a fee of €5.95. So be sure to keep a close eye on the Track & Trace code.
• We don't ship orders on holidays and weekends. Orders are processed the next business day.
• You can also have your order delivered to a different address. For example, if you're sending a gift, enter the address in the "delivery address" field. We can also gift-wrap the gift for you. In the comments field you can add a text that we can write on a card to add to the order.
  

Different delivery times apply for a number of brands;

Noriter Project x LUDE - Lille Hus delivery | 1-3 business days

• The Noriter Project x LUDE 'Lille Hus' magnetic whiteboards are shipped by the following carriers, who specialise in transporting large (interior) products:
  - Benelux: Dynalogics
  - Other countries within the EU: MainFreight or DPD
• Orders from this collection are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Packages shipped on these days are usually delivered to the delivery address the next day.
  Example
  If you order before 12:00 on Wednesday, your order will be shipped the same day and delivered on Thursday.
  
• Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from the carrier. You can view and change the delivery date via the track and trace link.You must be home to receive your order.
• If the order is still not delivered after the second delivery attempt, it will be returned to the warehouse. So keep a close eye on the track and trace code and make sure you're home. (Also check your spam folder.)
  If you still want to receive your order, you will need to pay the shipping costs again for a third delivery attempt.

The Wooden House

• The dollhouses have a maximum delivery time of 4 weeks.
• Dollhouse furniture has a maximum delivery time of 2 weeks.

Present Stories

• Present Stories items have a maximum delivery time of 2 weeks.

Lillagunga

• Lillagunga items have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks, provided the item is in stock at the supplier. If this is not the case, you will receive an email with the adjusted delivery time.

Grimm's furniture

• Grimm's furniture has a delivery time of two weeks, provided the item is in stock at the supplier. If this is not the case, you will receive an email with the adjusted delivery time.

To take off

You can also collect your order* free of charge from our head office. Select "Collect" as the delivery option at checkout. You'll receive an email within 1-2 business days confirming your order is ready. Collection is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM. During holidays, different times apply. We'll contact you by email about this.

*Pickup of items from the following brands is not possible: Noriter Project, Lillagunga, and Present Stories. Items from the Houten Huis can be picked up from the supplier in Brummen.

• Shipping to other countries outside the EU: €34.95 - Please note that additional shipping costs may apply due to the size of the package. Shipping costs will be recalculated after you place your order. You will then receive an email about this, after which you can decide whether to pay the amount or cancel the order.
