To order

You can order a product in the following way:

  • Add one (or more) product(s) to your shopping cart.
  • Click on "check out" in the shopping cart.
  • Enter your details in the check out and choose the shipping method and payment method.
  • Click on "pay now" and complete the payment in the secure payment environment.
  • After this you will receive a confirmation of your order in your e-mail inbox (check your spam if you have not received it after an hour).
  • We will get to work for you!
  • We will keep you informed of the shipment via the Track & Trace code that you will receive later in your e-mail inbox.

Tip: create an account and order via your account. Ordering is then even faster and you can clearly find your order history in your account.

Pay

There are several ways to pay securely on ludeplay.com.

iDeal
With iDeal you can pay online via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.

Credit card
You can pay with MasterCard, VISA and American Express. You will be automatically redirected to the payment module of your credit card.

PayPal
PayPal is a worldwide online payment system to which your bank account or credit card is linked. Pay in a few clicks with your PayPal account.

Bancontact / Mister Cash (Belgium)
Belgian customers can easily pay with the physical card that is linked to credit in a Belgian bank account.

All amounts include 9% or 21% VAT.

Send

Delivery time
Your package is always sent via parcel post. You will receive a Track & Trace code so that you can keep an eye on the shipment. Your order will be delivered to your home within 1-3 business days.

  • Netherlands & Belgium
    Orders placed before 12:00 (CEST UTC+2/CET UTC+1) will be processed on working days (Monday to Friday) sent the same day. This means that you will almost always receive your package within 1 or 2 days after shipment (except Sunday).
  • The rest of the EU
    Orders placed before 12:00 (CEST UTC+2/CET UTC+1) will be processed on working days (Monday to Friday) sent the same day. It may take a few days for the package to be delivered to your home. This differs per country and is difficult to estimate. Keep a close eye on the Track & Trace code.
  • Disclaimer
    Once we have handed over the package to the package delivery person, the delivery is their responsibility. In busy times it can happen that a package, which we have delivered to them on the same day, is still delayed. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Keep a close eye on the Track & Trace code.

Delivery

  • Are you not at home when the package is delivered? Then the delivery person delivers the package to the neighbors. If the parcel deliverer returns the parcel to us after several attempts, we can resend it to you for a payment of €5.95. So make sure you keep a close eye on the Track & Trace code.
  • We do not ship orders on public holidays and weekends. We process the orders the next working day.
  • You can also have your order delivered to a different address. For example, when you want to send a present. Then enter the address at "delivery address". Also indicate it in the order notes so we can make it a nice gift.

Levering Noriter Project x LUDE - Lille Hus

  • Magnetic whiteboards 'Lille Hus' from the brand Noriter Project x LUDE will be send by a special company which is specialized in interior items.
    - Benelux: Dynalogics
    - Other countries within the EU: MainFreight of DPD
  • When the package is sent out you will receive an email from the forwarder. Through the track and trace link you can change the delivery day. You need to be home to sign for the package.
  • When a second delivery failed, the package will be returned to our warehouse. So keep an eye on your email inbox and be sure to be home when the package arrives.
  • Do you still want to receive your order after two failed deliveries, we can send out the package again and charge you for the extra shipping costs.

To take off

You can also pick up your order for free at the head office. Choose the delivery method "pick up" in the checkout. We will send you an e-mail or call you to make an appointment when the order can be picked up. This will be within 1-2 business days.

Shipping costs

There are different rates for shipping costs, depending on the country where the order is placed.

  • The Netherlands €5.95 (free from orders >€100)
  • Belgium €8.50 (free from orders >€150)
  • Germany €8.50 (free from orders >€150)
  • Other European countries €14.95
  • Other countries outside the EU €34.95

*There will be charged another fee for the shipment of a few brands due to the big volume of the package.
