You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount (including shipping costs when you return the entire order). The costs for returning from your home to the return address are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. - Register your return. Send your order number, reason for return and which products you want to return to info@ludeplay.com.
- Pack the return shipment in the original packaging and in an outer box.
- Include a note with your return containing your order number, name, email address and reason for return.
- Send the package via a carrier (PostNL, DHL, DPD) to:

Return conditions
- The return shipment is for the account of the buyer. You therefore bear the costs for the return shipment yourself.
- A product must be undamaged "when reasonably possible" and be returned in the original packaging. If items are not in unused and original condition upon receipt of the return, we can charge a depreciation.
- Do you want to exchange a product? Then you return the current product and order the desired product in the webshop.
- LUDE is not liable for damage to and loss of a return shipment.

As soon as we have received the return shipment, the amount will be credited to you within 14 days after cancellation via the payment method you used to pay for the order.
