Is a delivered product damaged (on receipt)? Or do you have questions or comments about a delivered product? Send an email to info@ludeplay.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description complaint/damage
  • Additional photo or video

We will contact you as soon as possible, within 2 working days at most, for a suitable solution. If necessary, we will send you a replacement part or item.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee , PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague. You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
